Seeds of Strength

Our community garden becomes a place of renewal from May through October, offering a grounding space for growth and connection.

In this setting, our dietitian—supported by our gardener and mental health team—provides individual nutrition counseling that unfolds rain or shine, guiding you through each stage of the journey from planting to harvest.

Individuals can move seamlessly between office, virtual, or garden sessions based on what feels most supportive, and all sessions are covered by insurance.

Why does gardening matter?

Seeds of Strength matters because healing doesn’t just happen in an office — it happens through connection with the earth, with food, and with yourself. Our garden setting helps you rebuild trust with nourishment while supporting a calmer, more grounded relationship with your body. These hands‑on experiences create space for growth in both mind and body.
