​​We offer nationwide virtual personal training sessions that last 50–60 minutes and provide a supportive space for individualized care.

We offer two tracks:
a Personal Training track and an Eating Disorder–Informed Personal Training track that incorporates the Safe Exercise at Every Stage approach.

Every client begins with a structured intake session to review your goals, key medical history, and relevant background.

Based on your intake, you’ll also be matched with one of our three session styles—Insight, Fusion, or Guided—each designed to support you in a way that feels effective, personalized, and sustainable.
