We use an integrative approach—blending CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EFT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness‑based practices, Somatic, Intuitive Eating, and Self‑Compassion—to support adults and adolescents through individual, family, and couple sessions offered in‑office and virtually for Washington residents.

We meet with adults and adolescentsvirtually or in person—and offer several types of counseling to fit your needs. Sessions are 50–60 minutes, and we’re here for you whether you come alone or with the people who matter most.
