We offer mental health counseling and nutrition counseling in Washington, available virtually or in person at our Puyallup office. Our personal training sessions are provided virtually and available nationwide. Outpatient group availability varies depending on the specific group being offered.

Our providers are in-network with the following insurances and accept the contracted rate for Mental Health Counseling and Nutrition Counseling. This means that your insurance pays us directly, and you are responsible for paying only your deductible and copay or coinsurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Your card on file will be charged automatically for your portion of your session fee. Unfortunately, Personal Training is not covered by insurance. However, if you have a letter of medical necessity from your primary care provider, you may be able to use your FSA or HSA to pay for sessions.

Our animal‑assisted therapy has no additional cost. It’s fully included as part of our services, so clients can enjoy the benefits of working with our trained therapy animals without any extra fees.

The costs vary depending on the type of group. You can find the most up‑to‑date pricing on each group’s page on the website.

For other insurance companies, we are considered out-of-network providers which means we can provide a receipt (a "superbill") for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service for individuals using out-of-network benefits. Your card on file will be charged automatically for your session fee.

We require a credit, debit, or FSA/HSA card on file in order to schedule sessions.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. A $60 fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24-hour notice. Your card on file will be charged automatically for late cancellations or/and missed appointments.
