Hi there!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate currently completing my marriage and family therapy internship at Ash & Birch Counseling. I’m working toward dual licensure to better support individuals, couples, and families.

I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent development, and I’m currently pursuing a second graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University with the goal of becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

My clinical interests include anxiety, body positivity, chronic illness, depression, relationship concerns, self‑esteem, spirituality, substance use, and trauma. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating difficult emotions or challenging life transitions.

My therapeutic approach draws from a range of evidence‑based modalities, including ACT, Art Therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, and Strength-Based practices.

I value meeting people where they are and helping them build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
