I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate currently at Ash & Birch Counseling. I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Child and Adolescent Development.

My clinical interests include anxiety, body positivity, chronic illness, depression, relationship concerns, self‑esteem, spirituality, substance use, and trauma. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating difficult emotions or challenging life transitions.

My therapeutic approach draws from a range of evidence‑based modalities, including ACT, Art Therapy, I-CBT, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, and Strength-Based practices.

I value meeting people where they are and helping them build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
