About Me

I’m a Dietitian with seven years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My work centers on supporting individuals through prenatal, pregnancy, and postnatal nutrition, as well as menstrual‑related health concerns including PCOS, menopause, and perimenopause. I also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for a wide range of health needs—including diabetes, heart health, digestive concerns, and general wellness—so people of all genders can access compassionate, evidence‑based nutrition support. My approach is weight‑inclusive and grounded in helping individuals build a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food and their bodies.

With multiple years of experience in the bariatric field, I understand the complex relationship with food that many people face after bariatric surgery. I believe deeply in the importance of healing that relationship and guiding individuals toward a sustainable, nourishing approach to eating that supports both physical and emotional health.

From May through October, I offer nutrition counseling in our Seeds of Strength community garden, where I partner with our therapists and the program’s gardener to blend evidence‑based nutrition support with the healing power of nature. These sessions help individuals reconnect with growing and preparing food while building resilience and supporting mental health for those navigating challenges such as depression, OCD, eating disorders, and PTSD.
