Rather than offering one-size-fits-all answers, I offer an empathetic, non-judgmental space where we work together to honor your unique strengths, values, and story. We will explore how stress, trauma, and emotion manifest both mentally and physically by incorporating breathwork, grounded tracking of bodily sensations, and nervous system regulation to help your physical body process what words alone cannot always reach. Together, we’ll build practical tools that foster genuine self-compassion, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.
