About Me
I’m Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate and completed my Master of Social Work at Pacific Lutheran University. My work centers on supporting clients ages 12–35, with a focus on helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, grief/loss, and other life challenges.
My therapeutic foundation is rooted in CBT, Trauma‑Informed Care, the Strengths Perspective, and Person‑Centered Therapy. I’m also expanding my practice to include somatic work, mindfulness, and breathwork, integrating these modalities to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner resilience.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment where clients can explore their experiences with curiosity and without judgment, while also building self awareness and tools for their healing and growth.
